| This is where I live with my roommate Phil Schwartzetti.
We moved here about 10 years ago now. It's right on beautiful Hollywood Boulevard! It's a one bedroom guest house in the back of our landlord's house. The bedroom was separated in 2 rooms with some plywood, and it looks great! Our landlord, Sam Lomax leaves us alone for the most part. Except if our rent is late. |

3 years after Phil and I moved into the guest house, our landlord built us a kitchen.
That picture was taken after one of our parties. We invited most of the people we work with on the set of the NBC sitcom "My Aunt Berma". We work there at least once a week. We even invited the director. But he didn't show up... Most of the girls we invited didn't show up either. It took us a month to clean that mess up! |

| Last year, Phil took this picture of my toothbrush, right there on the sink.
That idiot thought it was funny. I don't care what he thinks. But that's what started us taking pictures of each other's mess. These pictures will be worth a lot of money one day! Just think about it: how cool would it be to have pictures of Tom Cruise's tooth brush, from before he was famous. |

| Then, he took a picture of my bedroom while I was working on "The Punching Horse".
Thank God I had cleaned up before I left that morning. That's because I had a date that evening. Notice the tires that our landlord had asked us to "keep an eye on" while he was gone on a business trip. |

| So, the next day, I took this picture of my roommate Phil's bedroom. He was still asleep somewhere in the room.
He NEVER cleans up. Even when he has girls over. He even leaves his dirty magazines laying around. Phil is a great guy. He doesn't care... |

| Just last year, our landlord installed a toilet in our guest house. Before that, for the past 9 years, we had to use that blue plastic toilet in the backyard. Thank God for modern comfort!
Phil, who's also quite a photographer, took this picture after I used the brand new toilet for the first time. I still hadn't figured out how to flush. |

| I took this one myself. Right after Phil went in. The toilet was about 2 years old, and it was still a struggle to flush it.
Phil said he would NEVER flush. He's that kind of a guy. You can't make him do what he doesn't want to do. I admire that... |
